Ideal Applicants
We encourage all who are qualified to apply for the fellowship; we specialize in supporting underestimated talent. Fellows are typically second-year MBA or business students eager to build their network and pursue a career in VC/PE. They must be top performers, interested in capital allocation, and able to commit 15-20 hours a week. Mendoza Impact’s commitment to supporting underrepresented voices extends to our fellowship program; over two-thirds of our fellows are women or BIPOC.
Alumni Network
Upon completing their fellowships, our fellows remain an integral part of the Impact community. We help graduating fellows land jobs in the Venture Capital and Private Equity spheres, utilizing the connections and skills developed during our program. Impact’s Venture Fellow Program has placed more talent in capital allocation positions than any similar fellowship program!
